We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at point of processing order if customer has selected the incorrect shipping item at time or ordering. Goods will only be despatched after a confirmed payment has been received by way of credit or switch card supplied.
If customer is unable to accept delivery after first attempt then customer will be responsible for collection from the postal depot or local post office holding the goods or make payment for additional delivery arrangements. Welligogs will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be of the essence of the contract. Welligogs will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control. All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery.
Most problems occur through poor size selection. It is unwise to always assume you are a certain UK size .We publish a very comprehensive size chart to enable you to check your foot and clothing measurements prior to ordering. Please take notice of these advices as this will save you a lot of time and also return postage costs.
Not all the boots on our site come out of the same factory so moulds are different. Even if you know your usual size it pays to use this chart and measure the length of your foot to confirm.
If you the customer order an incorrect size or are not happy with your choice of design or colour you have ordered, Welligogs Ltd are not responsible for the postage costs for returns or replacements. As with shopping online, the customer is unable to try on the goods before purchase so it is incumbent upon them to use our size chart information provided for assistance.
If you receive the incorrect order, or damaged boots please email or call us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement pair or refund you in full once we have inspected the goods and checked the order.
Please note that we operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for recipients outside the EU. You will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges if applicable.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

If an order is cancelled once payment has been made, a £2.50 administration fee may be deducted from the refund. If cancelled after sending the customer will incur the postage costs.
Competitions and Promotions
One entry per customer Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (with the exception of employees and close relatives of Welligogs or a company collaborating on a given competition or promotion and anyone who is connected with the judging of the competition.) Entrants to the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Once the competition is closed no further entries will be allowed. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received for whatever reason. Welligogs cannot be held responsible for entries from external parties. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
