Orders
The steps required by you to enter into a contract with us are that you place your order for the products by clicking on the pay now button at the end of the checkout process once your product information, payment details and personal information have been submitted.
You will be guided through the ordering process by our website and its instructions. Please take time to ensure that your order details are correct.
Once you have submitted an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This email acts simply as confirmation that your order has been submitted and will be processed by us, not that the order is confirmed or accepted.
Please note all orders are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not in stock . If at the time you placed your order the website has already indicated to you there is a delay in restocking (see drop down menu when you select your size ) that becomes your notification and we will not send a email.
Your order will be accepted and confirmed by us when the products have been dispatched. A further email will be sent to you when your ordered products have been dispatched. The contract between you and us will only be formed once you have received an email confirming dispatch of the order.
Non-acceptance of an order may arise from a number of reasons including (but not limited to):-
- Not being able to take payment from you;
- A pricing or product description error on our behalf
- Unavailability of stock
Please note we will not file a copy of the contract between us.

All offers from Welligogs are only valid for use on our website only unless otherwise stated. Welligogs have the right to end any offers at any time. All offers are subject to stock availability.
Gift Vouchers
The purchaser only will receive the Gift Voucher Certificate and code by email, it is their responsibilty to forward it to the recipient, this can be done by forwarding the email as received or printing off the Voucher and handing it to the recipient. Please be advised that anyone who has the voucher number code can go onto our website and redeem the voucher – Welligogs Ltd will not be responsible for unauthorised use of the code so it is strongly advised to keep it secure and pass it on in a safe way. Each Voucher needs to redeemed in full during one purchase through our website , we do not refund part or unused amounts and you cannot hold a part credit. Each Voucher must be used within the allotted time frame which is generally 6 months unless particularly specified on a individual Voucher. The redeemer may purchase goods to a greater amount of the Voucher and pay the balance by credit or debit card. Each Voucher Code may only be used once. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online , sorry but for security we cannot accept them at our shows.
Returns Policy – Care Instructions – Warranties
By placing a order online Welligogs assumes that you have read and made yourself familiar with the pages concerning “Returns Policy” we operate , the “Care Instructions” that we publish so you understand how a particular product may perform and how we apply any “Warranties” for particular products.
Returns – Non Faulty Goods
Welligogs offer a no quibble returns policy there is no problem returning any item you decide you do not want to keep. If you decide to return your goods to us the following applies:
- International Returns - responsibility of the customer
- UK Returns on orders under £300 - Yodel - £4.40
- UK Returns on orders over £300 - follow the instructions on the returns page for a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked label
Please note your original postage paid by you is non-refundable.
Refunds are made by the same method used for purchase .Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession, all goods returned by you technically remain in your possession until we receive them back into our office. It is incumbent upon you to decide which method of return you use but it is advisable to select adequate level of compensation to protect yourself in the event of a sending not turning up. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at point of processing order if customer has selected the incorrect shipping item at time or ordering. Goods will only be despatched after a confirmed payment has been received by way of credit or switch card supplied.
If customer is unable to accept delivery after first attempt then customer will be responsible for collection from the postal depot or local post office holding the goods or make payment for additional delivery arrangements. Welligogs will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be of the essence of the contract. Welligogs will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control. All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery.
Most problems occur through poor size selection. It is unwise to always assume you are a certain UK size .We publish a very comprehensive size chart to enable you to check your foot and clothing measurements prior to ordering. Please take notice of these advices as this will save you a lot of time and also return postage costs.
Not all the boots on our site come out of the same factory so moulds are different. Even if you know your usual size it pays to use this chart and measure the length of your foot to confirm.
If you the customer order an incorrect size or are not happy with your choice of design or colour you have ordered, Welligogs Ltd are not responsible for the postage costs for returns or replacements. As with shopping online, the customer is unable to try on the goods before purchase so it is incumbent upon them to use our size chart information provided for assistance.
If you receive the incorrect order, or damaged boots please email or call us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement pair or refund you in full once we have inspected the goods and checked the order.
Please note that we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for recipients outside the UK. We will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges if applicable. So there are no extra charges from the ones you see at the checkout.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you read our returns policy regarding refunds and exchanges.

If an order is cancelled once payment has been made, a £2.50 administration fee may be deducted from the refund. If cancelled after sending the customer will incur the postage costs.
Competitions and Promotions
One entry per customer Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (with the exception of employees and close relatives of Welligogs or a company collaborating on a given competition or promotion and anyone who is connected with the judging of the competition.) Entrants to the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Once the competition is closed no further entries will be allowed. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received for whatever reason. Welligogs cannot be held responsible for entries from external parties. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bank Holiday Bell Sleeve Top Promotion - this promotion is limited to one top per customer. Should you wish to keep the Bell Sleeve Top but return the item, your refund will be less the price of the Bell Sleeve Top (£59).
WG Advent Calendar - 24 Day of Christmas
One entry per customer Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Entrants to the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Once the competition is closed no further entries will be allowed. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received for whatever reason. Welligogs cannot be held responsible for entries from external parties. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. (Please note: winners from the 22nd December to 24th December, prizes will be dispatched in the new year).
