Our Louise Wax coats are a firm favourite, and that’s because they are incredibly reliable, high quality coats for women made in England. Not only are they fully water repellent and windproof, but they are incredibly flattering, flaunting a fitted waist and fish tail style at the back with two adjustable straps. The fine baby cord on the inside collar and warm cotton lining guarantee cosy bodies on chilly, rainy afternoons. The two way zip allows wriggle room and the detachable hood can come off on that rare British sunny day. Our Louise Deluxe Check is a classic piece with a little added flair. EASY, PAPERLESS RETURNS USING ROYAL MAIL PORTAL

CREATE A RETURN

For all UK mainland orders you will be charged £4.00 to cover the Royal Mail return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note, there are no return charges on exchanges.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed our end, from the date we receive it. 

Policy Returns period - 60 days!

Changed your mind? No problem, return your item to us within 60 days of receiving your initial order, unworn with the swing tags attached for a full refund (less original postage fee) or free exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return an item after 60 days, you will be given a gift card for the same price as the order amount. (Please note exchanged items, still need to be received within the initial 60 day period if wanting a refund).

Sale/Outlet Returns - 14 days.

Sale items bought online can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, any returns received after this period, will receive a Gift card for the amount paid.

Sale items bought at a show are on a 'Sale No Return' basis, as the items have been seen in person and accepted.

Show Returns - 30 days.

Items can be returned in the first 30 days for a refund or exchange, any items received after this period will be issued with a Gift Card for the amount paid.

The item must be unworn with swing tags attached and proof of purchase must also be provided. Please email the office to request the return mail@welligogs.com

International Returns

Please contact our customer services team at mail@welligogs.com to request a quote on return postage (capped at £35) or if you choose to use your own carrier, then please book your return parcel as 'Return to sender' quoting the original waybill number on it as proof, to avoid customs charges. (Welligogs is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your return if the above has not been followed).
